Charging station works great and has been tested.  It can charge two PS4 controllers at the same time. It will have some very minor cosmetic signs of use and it is missing one small rubber pad on the underside of the base (as seen in the last photo), but this does not affect anything really.  To use this charging stand, you must plug it into an electrical outlet with the included wall charger seen in the photos, and then place the PS4 controller in the charging dock as seen in one of the stock photos in the ad, and then push the controller down into the charging stand till you hear the apparatus click.  If you need any assistance there are several YouTube videos that show how to use this particular charging stand.

However, if you live in another country, and want us to ship it to you, please contact us first and we will let you know whether we can make an exception.  We always package all items very carefully and we drop off packages to the shipping carrier within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.  However, actual delivery times will vary depending on how busy the shipping carrier is and/or how far the shipment has to travel.  Because of this, some packages may reach their destination within 2 to 3 days, while others may reach after a week.  Most packages get delivered within a week though.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to the purchase and we can expedite shipping for an added cost.
Return Policy:  We unfortunately do not accept returns on items of this nature.  However, if we have made a mistake of some sort we will definitely allow a return within 14 days.  In the case of a return, please make sure you are sending the exact same unit/item with the same internal parts and/or the same condition it was received in, as we record all serial numbers for security purposes and we inspect all items for damages, defects, and/or our unique marks.
