the item you will receive. For items which we have multiples of, the item sold will be in very similar condition as
the one shown in the photo. Similar items with noticeable differences in condition will be separate listings.

We do not end auctions early, so please do not ask.

RETURNS
:
We offer returns only on items that are defective or does not match the item description. Please read the full
description before buying as we often sell “as is” items.
We do not offer returns on new items unless the item did not match the stated description. We also do not offer
returns on “as is” items. We will describe it as best we can, but “as is” items may have other issues we are
unaware of. These items are sold solely for parts or repair.
GAMES, MUSIC, & MOVIES
:
If you receive a defective item that is not being sold “as is” please contact us. We will send you a shipping
label to send the item back in the same packaging you received it in. Once we receive the item we will provide
a refund. Defective items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of you receiving it and must be postmarked
to reflect that.
Returned items will be re-tested and if found to be working we will not pay return shipping.
Games with batteries are not guaranteed because it is impossible to determine how long they will last. If the
battery does not work at all, the item will be listed as "dead battery.” Returns on games with batteries will be
accepted only if the game itself does not work or match the description.
CONSOLES & ACCESSORIES
:
Game consoles and game accessories are guaranteed to be in working condition upon arrival unless being sold
"as is." Returns on these items are only accepted if return shipped within the first 3 days after receipt and the
item should be postmarked to reflect that.
SHIPPING
:
Please make sure your shipping address on file is correct.
Items returned for bad addresses will
require buyer to pay additional shipping cost. We only ship to Paypal addresses per Ebay's policies.
Please do not request us to send an item to another address.

We do offer combined shipping. Please ask before paying. If you desire shipping insurance also ask before paying.
Once the item is delivered, we are not responsible for mail theft. Please make sure the items will be
delivered to a secure location.
Some items may incur a handling fee if extra packaging is required. Shipping will usually be within one business
day after cleared payment is received. Tracking will be provided (USPS tracking).
We do not ship outside of the United States, but may ship to U.S. territories and APO addresses. Please contact us.
PAYMENT

We only accept PayPal. Please pay within 7 days of auction close, unpaid items will be reported. If you require
