The background of the Cel shows the Disney-MGM studios and the Hollywood Tower hotel. The bottom left corner shows a drawn seal with Mickey's sorcerer's hat and the phrases "Celebrates the New Millennium 1999-2000" and "Disney-MGM Studios Animation Gallery". This gallery Cel was released on December 1, 1999 and retired on December 1, 2000. The frame measures 17 2/16" x 14 2/16".
