CONDITION - Overall Excellent. Slight Condition Issues across middle of painting and up right side (see photos).
SHIPPING - Due to the size of the painting, it cannot ship USPS and must go UPS.  I am adding 0 for packaging and shipping because that is about what it should cost.  If you would like to do a Local Pick-Up, that is fine.  Just let me know prior to making payment and I will adjust the invoice.
